Manager, CDYS Family Support Services 
(Tusla Funded)

39 hours a week

In partnership with TUSLA, CDYS wish to recruit a full time Manager to manage a team to deliver services in partnership with Tusla. The services will include the CDYS CCA Project, Independent CCA Workers, Family Support Workers, Therapeutic Services as well as managing future developments in partnership with Tusla.

You will be required to lead on referral meetings with various Social Work Departments and liaise with the CCA Coordinator within Tusla. You will also be responsible to liaising with the Meitheal Coordinators in Tusla in relation to Family Support Services. You will be responsible for liaising with Tusla on these and other specialised services, ensure all reporting and regulatory requirements are in place and CDYS staff teams are supported in line with CYDS policies, procedures and requirements.

You will find more details in the job description attached. This role is an expanded role and as the services are expanded and developed the role with also evolve.

There is a requirement for a very high attention to detail, adherence to guidelines, and procedures as well as an in-depth understanding of CCA, Family Support, Social Work Departments and PPFS Meitheal Services across Tusla. You will need to produce in depth reports, statistics and plans for the services and be comfortable leading and managing different teams.
