Soft Skills Trainer Vacancy

(Part-Time Permanent)

Ballark Community Training Centre is a CDETB funded Training Centre. The Board of Management is currently advertising for the maternity cover position of Soft Skills Trainer. The role will involve delivering training to early school leavers between the ages of 16 and 21.

Duties will include:

• Delivery of training programmes
• Delivery of QQI certification at levels 3 & 4
• Development of relevant support materials
• Personal and professional development of learners
• Course administering, developing and planning
• Other duties as appropriate

Successful applicant will have:

• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Recognised relevant qualifications
• At least 5 years experience in industry
• Strong IT skills
• The ability to deliver flexible training options
• Excellent teamwork skills

There is a salary scale associated with this post.
