 (Full-Time) – 1 year contract

Salary: €48,000 – €55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

ActionAid Ireland is seeking a passionate, dynamic, caring and creative full-time Acquisition Manager to join our team on a 1 year fixed-term contract. As Acquisition Manager you will be a key leader within ActionAid Ireland’s Fundraising Team and responsible for driving and overseeing the delivery of our acquisition fundraising activities, including face to face, digital marketing and emergency appeals. You will also support the organisation with the development of our Legacy proposition and its scope and implementation into market. You will be a champion for women’s and girls’ rights, committed to shifting power and passionate about anti-racist fundraising. You will have strong fundraising experience in a management capacity and a proven track record of delivering high quality campaigns which achieve their targeted budgets. You will have excellent understanding of digital fundraising, face to face management and supporter communications. This is an exciting role which will afford the postholder an opportunity to make their mark on the Fundraising team and develop and deliver new and exciting initiatives to market, with the support of a great team and organisation.
