About the Role
The South Inner City Drugs and Alcohol Task Force (SICDATF) is seeking a part-time Operational Administrator (Grade VI) to support the Task Force's work on the implementation of the National Drugs Strategy, community development, health, and interagency collaboration.

The role offers hybrid working, with some tasks completed remotely, alongside attendance at Dublin-based meetings and events.
You will work closely with the Task Force Coordinator and Management Liaison Group, providing administrative, financial, governance, meetings and event support.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage systems for handling enquiries (phone/email).
- Gather and process data to support reporting and performance monitoring.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing Grant Aid Agreements and Service Arrangements quarterly returns.
- Liaise with SICDATF members, HSE, funded projects, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office.
- Maintain accurate project files, policies, and procedures.
Financial Governance
- Review quarterly financial returns and payment documentation.
- Assist with budgets, audits, and financial reporting.
- Process invoices and payments, supporting grant and programme oversight.
Governance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procurement, and GDPR.
- Assist with reports and performance updates for senior management.
Meetings & Events
- Provide admin support for Task Force and subgroup meetings (minutes, logistics, follow-ups).
- Assist with organising workshops, interagency events, and conferences.
Communications
- Support SICDATF’s website and social media presence.
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- At least two years’ experience in an administration and finance role.
- Strong IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Access to appropriate transport for role requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management ability.
- Capacity to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
