Adult Education Officer

This post offers an opportunity for a leader with vision, energy, and excellent communication skills who understands the further education and training landscape and the role it plays in supporting life-long learning and skills development needs locally, regionally, and nationally. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading transformation and change, influencing and implementing strategy and evaluation and reporting of outcomes, financial and non-financial. They will ideally have experience of Further Education and Training across a range of programme and/or service areas. The post requires a dynamic, self-starting individual with experience in cross-departmental engagement and communication.
