Mental Health Team Leader

One year contract covering career break

based at Burton Park,
Churchtown, Mallow, Co Cork

Full time post 35 hours per week

Slí Eile is a charity supporting people recovering from mental health challenges through community living, skill-building, and work opportunities in our bakery and organic farm. We seek a team player to manage our Mental Health Recovery Programme during a staff career break, working closely with staff and tenants.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Degree in psychology, social care, social work, or equivalent
• Skilled in risk assessment and care plan management
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• 5 years’ mental health experience
• Effective at building stakeholder relationships
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and IT skills
• Full, clean driving licence
• Experience supervising support staff
