2x FT Family Support Workers 

Location: North Tipperary

Hours: Full-Time (37 hrs/week)

Contract: 12-month Fixed Term (Tusla Funded)

Silver Arch Family Resource Centre is seeking two passionate and experienced Family Support Workers to join our diverse and dynamic team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work directly with children, young people, and families in a community-based, trauma-informed, and strengths-based environment.

Minimum QQI Level 7 in Family Support, Social Care, Youth & Community Work, Health Promotion or related & Current Always Children First training certificate (in-date within last 3 years).
At least 2 years’ paid experience in a similar role in the community voluntary sector
Full clean driving licence and own transport essential
English language proficiency minimum B2 (C1 preferred)
Experience using MS365 and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
