Family Inclusion Worker (full time)

To join our Family Support Team

This role aims to build parental capacity, enhance child and family wellbeing and promote social inclusion by developing and facilitating targeted supports, peer networks and outreach initiatives that address educational, social and developmental barriers.

Essential:

• A recognised qualification in Social Care, Community Development, Family Support or related field (minimum Level 8).
• At least 3 years’ experience working with vulnerable families or disadvantaged groups.
• Demonstrate an awareness of the impact of poverty, inequality and social exclusion
• Strong understanding of challenges and barriers faced by marginalised adults and families.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a community setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
