Stock Condition Survey – South Region

Clúid Housing’s Property Services Division are inviting tenders for professional services to deliver Stock Condition Surveys in our South region:
                     Stock Condition Surveys for Clúid-Owned Residential Properties South Region (Tipperary, Cork, Waterford, Wexford, Kilkenny, Kerry) 200+ Units

These are targeted data collection exercises aimed at updating condition records to support Clúid Housing’s asset management planning and compliance obligations.

The appointed consultants will be required to collect component-level data in a structured format suitable for upload into Clúid Housing’s asset management system. Surveys are to be visual, non-intrusive, and aligned with a defined standard agreed at contract initiation.
