Local Training Initiative (LTI) Co-ordinator

We are seeking to recruit an LTI Co-ordinator to provide a high quality support and training service to the Learners on our Shaping Futures LTI programme. Shaping Futures is an innovative training and development initiative aimed at people who are long-term unemployed. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with the right mix of skills, knowledge, insight and experience to join our Training Team based at the INOU’s Learning Hub at 88 – 90 Townsend Street, Dublin 2.

The successful candidate will play a lead role in the delivery and development of this key programme. Duties include delivering programmes leading to QQI awards; leading the recruitment of Learners; acting in a support role to Learners; identifying and sourcing internships/work placements for Learners and developing training materials/modules.
