Vacancy: Home Visitor [part-time]

Westmeath Community Development (WCD) is seeking 2 Home Visitors [part-time] to support the delivery our Community Families programme.

The programme is a community-based home visiting service aimed to equip new parents with the support, knowledge and skills to support the best outcomes for them, their baby/toddler and their whole family.

About the Role

• Job Title: Home Visitor
• Location: Place of work will be WCD Athlone office with visits to participating family homes
• Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31.12.2025 (renewed subject to funding)
• Hours: 17.5 hours/week with some evening and/or weekend work
• Salary: €16.18 /hour
