We are currently recruiting newly qualified and experienced Social Care Workers to join this dedicated team, working in residential services for adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with a progressive and supportive employer.
Your Role:
As a Social Care Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting service users to achieve both long- and short-term goals. Through daily engagement, keyworking, and a person-centred approach, you'll help individuals grow in confidence, independence, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care in a residential setting.
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and daily living skills.
- Promote independence and inclusion through a person-centred care model.
- Act as a keyworker, advocating for service users and ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
What We’re Looking For:
- A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant equivalent (or CORU registration).
- Experience in disability services is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and a team-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleepovers.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to your own transport (willingness to drive company vehicles required).
- A genuine passion for empowering individuals and delivering high-quality care.
