EmployAbility Service Kerry

EmployAbility Service Kerry delivers a Supported Employment Service for jobseekers with disabilities, mental health challenges, health conditions and support needs throughout Kerry. The Service works closely with employers to increase the participation of those with a disability in employment. The Job Coach will guide and support the job applicant prior to and during job placement

Job Coaches / Employment Facilitators & Employment Specialists 

(Killarney & Tralee Area and compiling a Panel for other areas)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in someone’s journey to employment. Do you enjoy working closely with others and being part of a supportive, purpose-driven team. These roles offer great variety, forming strong relationships with Employers, Agencies, Government Departments and job seeking clients. 

Requirements:

• A relevant Third Level qualification
• Experience of supporting people with a disability and/or people with mental health difficulties into employment
• Experience and knowledge of Marketing and Employer Engagement
• An awareness of and familiarity with the issues relating to employment for those facing significant barriers to employment
• Fluency in verbal and written English is an essential requirement for this post
• Full clean driving licence and the use of a car essential for this position.
