Community and Outreach Services Team Leader
Are you a compassionate leader with a deep understanding of domestic violence and a drive to create real, lasting change in your community?
We’re looking for an experienced Community and Outreach Services Team Leader to join our management team and lead the delivery of critical outreach, court accompaniment and children’s services. This is a unique opportunity to shape and support a dedicated team making a difference in the lives of women and children affected by domestic abuse.
About the Role
In this dynamic leadership position, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of outreach and community services, ensuring a high-quality, trauma-informed approach to all service delivery. You’ll mentor staff, build partnerships, support volunteers, and ensure that every woman and child we support receives holistic, respectful care. Your people management skills and your ability to balance strategic oversight with frontline impact will be key to success.
What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking someone who is a confident and compassionate leader, with:
- A third-level qualification in social care, social science, or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the social care or community sector
- In-depth knowledge of domestic violence, child protection and case management
- A passion for working collaboratively and building community networks
- Outstanding attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
