Full-time – 37.5 hours

ADAPT Kerry are seeking to recruit an experienced Business and Administrative Support Role

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

This role is intended to support Management in ensuring that ADAPT Kerry is compliant with all relevant legislation, guidelines and best practice, in particular (but not limited to),

  • GDPR – ensure best practice in the management of data
  • HR – ensure best practice in employment meeting all responsibilities and implementing agreed systems to support staff in their role.
  • Fire and Safety – ensure best practice in Fire, Health and Safety procedures
  • Compliance – Ensure systems in place that ensure good Governance on all internal and external systems
  • Policy review and development – Ensure the Company reviews and develops policies based on best practice, trauma informed care, ensuring the values of the organisation are upheld and that meet all obligations and responsibilities.
  • Pay role – To receive training and provide back up support to Admin staff in relation to pay role and other admin tasks.

Experience: Post Specific Requirements

Third Level Qualification in Law, Business, Management or Public Administration or other relevant studies necessary and applicants need to demonstrate significant work experience of managing competing priorities and deadlines in a busy office environment and demonstrate a working knowledge of the key areas.
