National Youth Council of Ireland: CRM Project Manager (Part Time)
The National Youth Council of Ireland are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is a pivotal role in strengthening how we manage relationships with our members, partners and other stakeholders ensuing that NYCI has the tools it needs to operate effectively.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, experience with CRM platforms and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure successful adoption. They will be a flexible problem solver with superb communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset. They must have prior experience of Project Management. They will bring with them both technical understanding and practical experience in managing change, ensuring that the new CRM supports the organisation’s strategic goals.

Reporting to: Director of Finance and Operations, National Youth Council of Ireland.
Location: NYCI, 3 Montague Street, Dublin 2.
Hours of Work 21 hours per week (days and hours to be agreed).
Remuneration:
- € 45,000 pro rata
- 27 Days Annual Leave pro rata
- 8 % Company Pension based on gross salary

Role and Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful implementation of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders across all our teams, and with the CRM provider & external consultants to ensure the CRM solution is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with NYCI’s mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation within NYCI, including project planning, implementation, monitoring, and post-launch reviews and improvements.
- Agree project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with Senior Management Team and key stakeholders.
- Along with the CRM provider the Project Manager will develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across departments.
- Oversee data migration and testing activities.
- Oversee signoff of deliverables by NYCI.
- Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with NYCI’s priorities.
- Drive user training, adoption strategies, and ongoing support plans.
- Manage risks, issues and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Monitor KPIs to measure project success and CRM usage post-launch.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to the NYCI Senior Management Team.
Person Specification
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of two years project management experience, ideally in CRM implementations.
- Proven experience managing CRM implementation projects while demonstrating ability to overcome challenges.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system integrations.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance technical and business priorities.
Desirable
- Proficient with project management tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
