Are you ready to lead a vital service that makes a real difference to vulnerable families?
KCYS (Kerry Community Youth Service), is seeking a dynamic and experienced Family Support Project Co-Ordinator to lead the strategic and operational management of our intensive Family Support Project. This countywide service prioritises high-risk and high-end welfare cases, including children on the Child Protection Notification System (CPNS), those with active child protection cases, and children in care needing placement stability support. As Co-Ordinator, you will oversee the transition of the project to a new service delivery model, ensure compliance with statutory guidelines, and promote a culture of excellence, integrity, and child-centred practice.

We are committed to committed to empowering young people and families through inclusive, rights-based, and trauma-informed services. We work collaboratively with statutory and community partners to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across Kerry.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Family Support Project
- Oversee case delegation, service delivery, and data collection for reporting and service development
- Support and supervise a multidisciplinary team in a trauma-informed, values-led environment
- Collaborate with TUSLA, statutory agencies, and community partners to enhance service outcomes
- Prepare professional reports for internal and external stakeholders, including child protection conferences and court settings

Contract: 35 hours/week | 18 month + Specified Purpose Contract
