Solis MMC Children’s Services was established in 2005 and provides responsive, quality services to children who are assessed by the HSE / Tusla as being in need.

We provide services to Separated Children Seeking International Protection (SCSIP) many of whom have complex needs. The services we provide are in keeping with the standards as contained in the National Standards for Childrens Residential Centres (HIQA 2018) and applicant should have a knowledge of these standards.

JOB TITLE: Support Worker (SCSIP Centres)

Essential Criteria

Upon application applicant must have a minimum of a level 5 or above qualification

• FETAC credit in Care Skills at Level
• QQI accredited Level 5 Early Learning & Care
• QQI Level 5 Social Studies or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in working with young people in need of international protection.
• Fluency in a minimum three languages.
• A ‘General Employment Permit’ to work in Ireland.

Applicants must have excellent English verbal language skills and excellent English writing skills.

Salary: €34,881.00 per year
