AIM Support Worker (Part Time)

MFRC Childcare is recruiting an AIM Support Worker for our preschool service based in Millennium Family Resource Centre, Glengoole, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. This is a part time temporary contract for 15 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 12.30 pm commencing 1st September 2025.

Qualifications: Minimum Level 5 childcare.

Key areas of work:

• To provide additional supports to allow target child/children to fully access the ECCE programme within an early-years setting.
• To liaise with parent with sharing of information on target child,
• To ensure the target child is safe and their health is maintained during the preschool session.
• To observe, plan and implement appropriate activities through a key worker system.
• To ensure that the target child receives a quality experience within the environment.
• To assist with other children within the preschool when needed and to provide support for them with development needs, interests and planned activities.
