Cancer Fund for Children has over 30 years’ experience delivering support and services to children, teenagers and young adults living with cancer and their families. With the development of services in Ireland and the growing demand for support, we are now excited to recruit a dedicated Services Manager for this team and the work they develop and deliver with young people and families.

The Services Manager will work as part of the “overall service management team,” providing strong leadership to services staff working in hospitals and communities across Ireland. They will implement the strategic priorities of Cancer Fund for Children based on the identified needs of children, young people and their families, and within the resources available. They will manage a dynamic and skilled team to deliver a high standard of services to children, young people and their families, ensuring they don’t have to experience cancer alone.

Cancer Support Specialist

Cancer Fund for Children has over 30 years’ experience delivering support and services to children, teenagers and young adults living with cancer and their families. We are excited to be further expanding our services team and are recruiting a community-based Cancer Support Specialist to operate in Dublin and surrounding areas.

The overriding remit and responsibility of the post is to work as an effective member of the services team in Ireland to deliver therapeutic services designed to meet the psychosocial needs of children, teenagers and young adults diagnosed with cancer, their siblings, and families. The chosen candidate will have experience of delivering services directly to children, young people and / or families and will be passionate about the vision of the charity: To help ensure no child has to face cancer alone.
