Tipperary Rape Crisis Centre (TRCC) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing support and advocacy for survivors of sexual violence and to working towards the elimination of sexual violence in society through education and awareness.

We are seeking an organised and motivated Administrator to join our team. This key role supports the smooth running of our Centre and ensures the delivery of efficient administrative and office functions in line with our values of compassion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Manager and/or designated person
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with data protection requirements
  • Assist with scheduling, communications, and internal coordination
  • Support the preparation of reports, board documentation, and grant applications
  • Liaise with stakeholders, funders, and service users in a professional and empathetic manner

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
  • Respect for the confidential and sensitive nature of our work
  • Financial background IN Accounts/Bookkeeping
