Contract Details: Full Time (37 hours), Permanent Contract,

Modh Eile House Refuge Manager will support a trauma-informed team culture and ensure high-quality, client-centered care for women and children. They will oversee staff supervision, service delivery, health and safety, and interagency collaboration. The role includes rostering, staff development, compliance, and promoting a safe, welcoming refuge environment. The Manager ensures best practice in domestic abuse response, embeds reflective practice, and drives service improvement in line with organisational values.
