Location: Hybrid (Ireland) - requirement to attend the office (Dublin 2) for meetings/training as required
Start date: Immediately
Contract duration: Permanent
Hours of Work: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Remuneration: Payscale: €43,200 to €56,366 [Internal Pay Grade: Head of Function 1]
Placement on scale commensurate with experience
Probationary Period: 6 months
Benefits: 25 days annual leave (exclusive of public holidays), financial support for further education, two days positive mental health leave annually, and access to the four-day working week programme.

About the Role
As Head of Digital Marketing you will be the staff liaison between the services and their respective digital audiences. You will lead the small team that act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through inclusive community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence, brand trust and drive conversions to our services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
The Head of Digital Marketing’s duties and responsibilities include:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Drive the creation and execution of digital marketing strategy for spunout’s services
- Oversee the measuring and reporting of KPIs against the strategy to key stakeholders
- Ensure organisation wide alignment with digital marketing strategy
- Inspire adoption of digital marketing best practices and new methodologies, platforms and technologies
- Be responsible for spunout’s brand and style guidelines and all associated assets and marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and algorithm updates to feedback to the wider team
- Work collaboratively with the Digital Content Team to build new ad campaigns which align to the goals outlined in our digital digital strategy
Digital Marketing Team Management:
- Assume responsibility for the digital marketing team and its alignment with organisational goals and objectives
- Support team members to fulfil their respective role responsibilities as defined
- Set, measure, and drive progress on KPIs that drive strategic outcomes
- Design and refine workflows, systems and processes to facilitate output
- Conduct regular 1 to 1s and performance reviews
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where team members can do their best work and grow
- Empower the team to provide organisation wide support in digital marketing technologies and methodologies
- Oversee the delivery of all Digital Marketing Campaigns & Project Management of Digital Marketing Projects
- Report to the Digital Content Team and the Director of Digital Content on performance and effectiveness of the strategy and digital marketing efforts
Digital Marketing Support
- Support and work with the Digital Marketing team in crafting and implementing end to end social media campaigns and Google Ads campaigns
- Oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of our Google Ads Grant Account
- Monitor website content and performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics
- Support the Digital Content Team to ensure Search Engine Optimisation for all our sites, include keyword research, image optimization an identifying opportunities for high potential keyword phrases
Content:
- High level oversight of the creation of engaging multimedia information, voices and marketing content for the organisation
- Support the Digital Content team to ensure the appearance of all our platforms are kept current (e.g. site imagery, channel assets etc.)
- Ensure all output adheres to the spunout brand and style guidelines
Who am I?
Qualifications and Experience
- A qualification in digital marketing, communications or relevant field
- Three years of relevant experience in digital marketing management
- Strong team management/leadership experience with the ability to set and prioritise goals
- Proven ability to curate digital channels and support the creation of compelling and strategic content
- Track record in building engaged online communities
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills
- An understanding of youth culture and the mental health sector in Ireland
- Proven ability to recognise and respond to emerging trends and deliver results
- Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs

- Excellent ad and promotional copy writing skills
- Demonstrate strong soft skills including; empathy, good listening skills, and adaptability
- Be a self-starter with; strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritise and balance conflicting demands
- Possess strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
