Dublin South City Partnership (DSCP) is a local development company delivering the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) and other programmes across a large area of Dublin’s south city. DSCP with partner organisations (Liffey Partnership, Dublin City Community Cooperative and Rehab-Learning (NLN)) were successful in securing funding to deliver the WorkAbility Programme and now wish to recruit a Guidance Worker.

The WorkAbility programme focuses on bringing people with closer to the labour market. Dublin South City WorkAbility assists young adults who experience emotional, psychological, mental health challenges and co-occurring disabilities to find suitable education, training and employment. WorkAbility staff also work with local employers to support them with employment opportunities for people engaged in the programme.

The WorkAbility Guidance Workers will be employed by Dublin South City Partnership (DSCP) and will support the delivery of the programme across Dublin 2, 4, 6, 6W, 8, 10, 12 and 20. Office locations are likely to be in Dublin 10 and 12. The position is full-time (35 hours per week). The position is a 12-month fixed term contract (subject to funding).
