Are you passionate about empowering young people in a grassroots, community-centered setting? We're looking for thoughtful, motivated individuals to join our dynamic team working within a Self-Directed Education (SDE) environment.

Who We're Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Are adaptable and have experience working with a wide age range of young people
• Have a deep respect for children and a strong desire to empower them
• Communicates effectively with all age groups
• Understand or are willing to learn about Self-Directed Education (SDE)
• Are tech-savvy (a plus, but not required)
