Poppintree Youth Project logo

PYP Vision

Young people are empowered leaders, using their voice to create a safe and inclusive community, within a fair and equitable society.

PYP Mission

Through developmental youth work, we provide a safe, inclusive and creative space, where young people, including those who are seldom heard, can understand and express their needs and interests and can access the support, learning opportunities and responses we provide, in partnership with the wider community.

PYP Philosophy

This Project believes that the Personal and Social Development of each member of the Youth Project is important. Youth activities flourish in an environment where good relationships are encouraged, where people feel valued and respected and where there is genuine compassion, fairness and support for those in difficulty.
