Threshold is a national Housing charity, founded in 1978, with regional advice centres in Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway. Threshold provides frontline advice, advocacy and support services to those facing housing problems in Ireland with over 75,000 calls annually.

We currently have an opening for a Housing Advisor position in our Southern and Western regions. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and join a dedicated, experienced team focused on preventing homelessness throughout Ireland.

Positions: Housing Advisors

Location: Hybrid working with some in person attendance required in either Cork or Galway.

Reports to: Assistant Manager/Manager

Hours: The position is full time (37.5 hours per week) and while the office is open from Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.30pm the service operates from 9am to 9pm and as a result the role requires flexibility from the post holder including some evening work.

Starting salary: €34,000 pa/pro rata

Holidays 22 Days plus additional time off over the Christmas period and public holidays
