Responsibility for the leadership & operation of the Supported Temporary Accommodation service for men experiencing homelessness, focusing on ensuring the provision of a high quality service in line with National Quality Standards Framework for Homeless Services.

To work as part of the residential team in providing high quality care and support to clients. Specifically to cover evening and weekend shifts and also work on an overnight wake shift, and take responsibility for ensuring the safe running of the service during this time.

We provide medium and long-term Residential care for young people, 13-17 years. We require a Social Care Worker for full time, permanent & relief care positions. Applicants must have diploma or degree in Social Care and 3 years post qualification experience of residential care.

You will provide an individual & group therapeutic service that respond to the needs of birth parents, adopted adults, adults who were boarded out as children & individuals subject to an illegal birth registration who are referred to the service. Contract: Fixed Term to 31st December 2025.

Provide one-on-one support for children, young people, parents & vulnerable adults. Promote independent living for individuals with disabilities. Support foster families & help prevent placement breakdown. Assist young adults transitioning from care to independent living.
