Unit18 & ATD Ireland: Voices of the Inner City
Unit18 Trinity in the Community and ATD Ireland are delighted to invite you to a night of culture from Dublin inner city artists past and present as well as friends of Trinity College Dublin.
Featuring performances from ATD’s Creative Pathways to Participation including raps and poetry from Community Activists. With music and talks by Trinity staff and local residents who have participated in Unit18’s Dublin Diaries programme.
The Creative Pathways to Participation book and film explores the contributions made by people living in poverty, as artists and writers, but also as activists effecting change on behalf of their communities.
Dublin Diaries is a story-telling programme run at Unit18 with local residents sharing their experiences of growing up and living in Dublin in past decades.
