IAPTP: Opening the Door, Inclusion, Creativity, and Neurodiversity in Psychotherapy - Conference

IAPTP are delighted to share the programme for the 12th EAIP Conference:

‘Opening the Door, Inclusion, Creativity, and Neurodiversity in Psychotherapy’

Which will take place in the Castletroy Park Hotel, Limerick, Ireland
Friday 10th October – Sunday 12th October

Integrative Psychotherapy is a modality that holds curiosity, openness and adaptability at its heart, perfectly placed to embrace a world that is increasingly recognizing the right of every person to be seen, heard, and offered support and healing.

This conference brings together a wide array of speakers with expertise in the areas of inclusion, creativity and neurodiversity and we will explore innovative ways of questioning, understanding and applying diverse clinical practices in the field of Integrative Psychotherapy

The conference will include covering such topics as:

creatively integrating parts of the self through Relational Psychotherapy; using Sandtray to reflect on relational dynamics in Creative Supervision; using football as a creative bridge in Transcultural Psychotherapy; intersubjectivity and adaptations in Disability Psychotherapy; using an Integrative approach to chronic pain and autoimmune illness; Tango Therapy as an integrative, somatic approach to enhancing body-mind connection; and anti-oppressive practice with neurodivergent clients.

In the spirit of inclusion, we have heavily subsidised the ticket cost for this three day conference to make it accessible to all (€120 Early Bird until 10th September, €150 full price, €80 online attendance)
