Make a Real Difference in Someone’s Life: Volunteer with @your PACE.
We’re looking for MALE VOLUNTEERS to join our mentoring programme supporting life sentence prisoners as they transition back into the community.
We’re proud to have a strong group of dedicated women already involved in this important work — and now, in the interest of gender balance and diversity, we’re encouraging more men to step forward.
This is a unique opportunity to build trust, offer guidance, and be a consistent presence for someone navigating one of the most challenging transitions of their life.
Location: Wexford, Wicklow, Dublin
Time Commitment: approx. 4 - 6 hours per month

As a Volunteer, You Will:
- Join a small volunteer group that meets regularly with someone rebuilding their life
- Participate as a group member in supporting individuals transitioning back into the community
- Offer non-judgmental encouragement, guidance, and support
- Receive training, ongoing support, and be part of a dedicated team
What We're Looking For:
You don’t need experience in the justice system — just empathy, reliability, and a genuine commitment to showing up, you will be
- Empathetic, open-minded individuals
- A good listener with a non-judgmental attitude
- Have a few hours per month to attend meetings with Participants
