Volunteer Opportunity: Outreach & Engagement Coordinator
Organisation: Mind Emotional Nurturing CLG (MINDEMN)
Programme: The GREAT SCREAM Programme (CBC-informed training for educators)
Location: Dublin 1 (flexible/remote – Ireland-wide outreach)
Time commitment: 5–7 hours per week (flexible)
Start Date: Flexible – ideally mid-August 2025, with real impact and activities ramping up after the pilot launch in September.
About MINDEMN
MINDEMN CLG is a not-for-profit organisation integrating mental and emotional health education into Irish schools through evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC). Our flagship training, The GREAT SCREAM Programme, empowers educators to support student wellbeing, resilience, and engagement.
In September 2025, we are launching our first pilot training programme in partnership with schools and community organisations.
Volunteer Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Outreach & Engagement Coordinator to support communications with schools, education bodies, and community services. This role will grow in importance after the pilot, helping us expand, follow up with schools, and promote the programme nationally.
Responsibilities (Phase-Based)
Phase 1 (Sept-Oct 2025):
- Light support with pilot communications and keeping outreach records updated
Phase 2 (Nov–Dec 2025):
- Collate pilot evaluation data and feedback
- Gather testimonials and assist with preparing impact reports
- Help prepare content for social media and outreach campaigns
Phase 3 (Ongoing):
- Support programme promotion and school outreach
- Manage contact follow-ups with potential partners
- Assist with organising events, bookings, or training sessions
Requirements
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online tools
- Ability to work independently with light guidance
- Own laptop and internet access (essential for remote work)
