The role of the Project Worker is vital to the successful delivery of quality programmes & services in NOVAS for our clients. The Project Worker will support the clients of Bella House STA project. Duration: 1 role - Indefinite Duration and 1 role - Specific Purpose Contract.

We are seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to join a new service, focused on providing a trauma-informed model of care for young people aged 13-17. This role involves creating a therapeutic environment through relationship-building & positive attachment development.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, no previous experience required. Our training team will guide you through every step as you work toward an internationally recognised City & Guilds Diploma in Health and Social Care (equivalent to a QQI Level 5 Major Award).

The role of Support Worker is to provide a key-working caring role for a group of People Supported by the Services. Responsible for all aspects of personal care required during the day. This includes meals, personal hygiene & other related aspects of physical well-being.

Social Care Workers fulfil a key supportive and advocative role for individuals supported by the service. The Social Care Worker’s role is to support the person in all aspects of their life focusing on the individual's ability & promoting independence & development of skills.

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care practiced. Provide complete, person centered care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life for people supported.
