We are seeking a Drugs & Alcohol Youth Worker to join the Connect4 Street Work Team in a busy & dynamic environment; to engage young people that are effected/impacted by drug & alcohol use and related harm, in innovative, needs based, evidence informed programmes.

Provide one-on-one support for children, young people, parents & vulnerable adults. Promote independent living for individuals with disabilities. Support foster families & help prevent placement breakdown. Assist young adults transitioning from care to independent living.
