Sunflower Recycling is a nonprofit Social Enterprise, providing work experience and community recycling in Dublin’s north east inner city.

We are looking for a Finance Board Member, with a background in finance, who will be a Director of the Company. The Finance Board Member will be responsible for:

• Oversight of all aspects of the Company’s finances.
• Management and monitoring of the Company’s financial condition
• Providing support and guidance to the Company’s Financial Officer
• Providing support  and assistance to the external auditor Ensure
• Ensuring that the Board is provided with verbal reports on financial matters and any issues or challenges arising Ensure
• Ensuring that any unresolved issues remain on the Board agenda until resolved 

The Board generally meet monthly at the Sunflower Recycling offices at Shamrock Terrace, North Strand, Dublin D01DX67.
