Role Overview
As the National Recruitment Network Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding the reach and impact of Polio Survivors Ireland by coordinating and supporting our volunteer Recruitment Network. You’ll work closely with the Volunteer Officer to implement national strategies for member recruitment, provide ongoing support to Recruitment Network members, and represent the organisation in community outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication and activities with members of the Recruitment Network across Ireland
- Assist in delivering and supporting national membership recruitment strategies.
- Act as a main point of contact, motivation, and support for Recruitment Network members.
- Maintain accurate records and communication logs as requested.
- Participate in relevant training sessions (online or in person)
- Undertake other related activities as directed.

Induction & Training
All new volunteers will receive a comprehensive induction, including:
- An introduction to Polio Survivors Ireland and our services
- Role-specific orientation and task training
Commitment & Trial Period
- The role is for a one-year term
- There is a 3-month initial trial period
- Flexibility in hours with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
