Cork Simon Community is recruiting for a Volunteer Chiropodist / Podiatrist
We are excited to welcome a volunteer chiropodist or podiatrist to provide essential foot care services to the residents of our High-Support Houses in Cork City. The hours are flexible and can be tailored to your availability, with the idea of running chiropody clinics a few times a year.
As a volunteer, you'll need to cover your own travel expenses and bring any necessary equipment. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable experience working with individuals who may be vulnerable and experiencing homelessness. Your expertise will provide a much-needed service to our service users.
We are looking for an experienced chiropodist who is honest, trustworthy, reliable, empathic, and friendly. If you have a passion for helping others and the skills to make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!
Our volunteer recruitment process involves an informal interview, Garda Vetting, Reference Checks and online trainings.
