Urgently Seeking Volunteers – Supermarket Bag Pack for Gerri's Place

We are looking for volunteers to help with a Supermarket Bag Pack on May 23rd, 2025, at Dunnes Stores in Cornelscourt Shopping Centre in aid of Gerri’s Place.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the important work of Gerri’s Place, a national initiative that provides well-being breaks for people who need time and space to focus on their emotional and mental well-being. We need your help to raise funds by assisting with packing shopping bags at Dunnes Stores, Cornelscourt

About us:

Gerri's Place is a registered charity dedicated to providing affordable wellbeing breaks on weekends for individuals who need time and space to focus on their emotional and mental health. At Gerri's place, we offer access to a range of holistic therapies to those experiencing mild depression, anxiety, grief, stress or burnout.

Our mission is to offer a haven where individuals can explore various wellness tools and techniques, helping them to feel better, regain control, and become empowered in their journey toward personal well-being. Our programs introduce participants to simple yet effective strategies that they can integrate into their daily lives, ultimately assisting them in creating their own personal path to wellness.

How you can help:

Volunteer just a couple hours of your time to make a real difference.

Bag Pack Times: 12pm - 3pm, 3pm - 6pm, 6pm - 9pm

Your contribution will help support Gerri’s Place in continuing their essential work.
