The growing complexity of charitable organisations is increasing the pressures on executive managers leading to mounting stress. Mentoring is a process of accompaniment that enables the mentee to have someone with whom to share their concerns in confidence, and who is outside the team or organisation. Beginning in May the mentoring programme for individual CEOs, Senior Managers and Board Chairs will be carried out over six to eight months. The mentoring programme consists of five monthly sessions of up to ninety minutes duration each.

The Mentor: Justin Kilcullen is the former CEO of Trócaire. He has a post-graduate diploma in Executive and Business Coaching and Mentoring from UCD Smurfit Business School.

Cost: Fees are on a sliding scale based on the annual revenue of the charity.
