Threshold

Threshold works for justice on housing and homelessness by:

Providing immediate help and advice through Threshold's Housing Advice Centres.

Engaging in preventative work by encouraging better management practices for both private and public housing, developing education and training programmes and publishing information leaflets.

Tackling the underlying causes of housing problems by conducting research, developing housing initiatives and campaigning for change.

Vincentian Partnership for Social Justice

Vincentian Partnership for Social Justice works for social and economic change, tackling poverty and exclusion. Promotes an Active Citizenship Programme which encourages people to participate in the electoral democratic process and enables them to develop the skills necessary for active participation in the social and economic life of the area.

Training Trainer Workshops are provided for community leaders who want to facilitate the Active Citizenship/Voter Education Programme at local level.

Vita

Vita is a small but very effective Irish not-for-profit organisation founded in 1989, and originally called Refugee Trust International (RTI).

Vita’s vision is to forge long-term international partnerships which bring an end to extreme poverty, reduce vulnerability and increase the sustainability of people’s livelihoods by Building Sustainable Livelihoods.

Wicklow Trade Union Centre for the Unemployed

Mission Statement: To campaign actively against unemployment and the wider economic and social conditions that lead to unemployment; to develop support within the community in relation to issues of marginalisation and social exclusion due to being distanced from active participation in the labour market.

Who are we here for?
The unemployed, travellers, retired, asylum seekers, refugees, immigrants, lone-parents, school-leavers, men and women returning to the workplace or changing careers, and anyone else who needs us.
