HSE Mental Health CHO 1: Request For Tender

The Opportunity

HSE Mental Health CHO 1 invites suitably qualified respondents to submit proposals for the following research:
Aim: To undertake a community engagement and profiling exercise across CHO 1 in order to improve understanding of risk/contributing factors to suicidal behaviour, and to provide recommendations for priority actions at CHO 1 and its community level.

Purpose of this Request for Tender (RfT)

The purpose of this RfT is to:

• provide information to potential Respondents about the Research;
• outline the Tender Process and procurement timetable for the Research;
• invite potential Respondents to submit proposals and inform them as to the information to be included in any RfTs;
• set out the Evaluation Criteria against which the Social Inclusion Office will evaluate each EOI and select Shortlisted Respondents
