Co-operative Housing Ireland: Invitation to Tender - Website re-design
Co-operative Housing Ireland Website re-design
Co-operative Housing Ireland is an Approved Housing Body (AHB) and the national body for housing co-operatives. CHI works closely with various stakeholders in the housing sector, including Local Authorities, Government, financial lenders, member tenants, and developers, to provide high quality social-rented homes across the country.
Since its foundation in 1973, the organisation has provided over 6,000 homes through home-ownership, shared ownership and social rented co-operatives. With its membership of democratically controlled local co-operatives, Co-operative Housing Ireland manages more than 3,300 homes across Ireland.
Our current website is: https://cooperativehousing.ie/
CHI’s website is a key communication tool for the organisation. It plays an important role in communicating to our Membership, prospective partners such as local authorities and funders, as well as people interested in housing co-operatives and accessing social and affordable housing.
Fundamentally, our website needs to communicate two key things:
- We build houses
- We are a co-operative organisation that values, supports and celebrates the engagement and input of our Members
We are seeking a web developer who can lead the design process of our new website. The web developer will work closely with our Communications Team to deliver this project with input from a Website Working Group that includes representatives from across CHI departments.
Please see Tender Document attached below.
