Avondhu Blackwater Partnership CLG seeks a tender from Qualified Facilitator(s)/Trainer(s) to deliver a Work Links Training Programme.

Background: Avondhu Blackwater Partnership CLG is the integrated LEADER Partnership Company for North County Cork. The objectives of the organisation include community animation, project facilitation, project administration, training and community integration within the remit of various funding programmes implemented.

Avondhu Blackwater Partnership CLG seeks tenders from Qualified Facilitators/Trainers to deliver a Work Links Training Programme (including Career Planning, Pre-Self-Employment, and Personal Development). This training programme is co-ordinated by Avondhu Blackwater Partnership, the Local Development Company, and funded under their SICAP (Social Inclusion Community Activation Programme) budget. The training programme will either be delivered remotely and/or in a suitable location in our region (if possible).

Project Purpose: The Work Links Training Programme is specifically targeted at those individuals facing multiple barriers to progression towards all forms of employment, including self-employment, and to assist them in developing a realistic plan towards achieving their career goals. In addition to providing information and mentoring, there will be a particular focus on confidence building with a view to preparing participants to progress onto self-employment, employment or further training towards their goals.
