Tender Contract: Strategic Planning Consultancy Services

DVAS is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for the period 2025-2028. This plan will guide DVAS in its mission to support survivors of domestic violence and advocate for systemic change, including the development of refuge provision in Sligo.

Scope of Work:

  • Review of existing strategic plan and relevant documents.
  • Conduct consultations with DVAS staff, board members, stakeholders, and community partners.
  • Develop a strategic plan aligned with our vision, with goals, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and present a draft and final strategic plan, including recommendations for implementation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, particularly in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong stakeholder consultation and facilitation skills.
  • Expertise in refuge provision and domestic violence support services is desirable.
