Case Manager 

Summary:

This is a full-time, hybrid-working role based in Dublin. It involves processing complaints from members of the public and assisting those with queries about the complaints process, assisting the Press Council of Ireland in relation to the appeals process, organising outreach events to educate the public and the press industry about the work of the Office and collaborating and communicating with key stakeholders.
