Director of Care & Development

We have an opportunity for a highly experienced and enthusiastic person with the desire and passion to help us grow whilst maintaining our quality and commitment to excellent service. As the Director of Care and Development in the Republic of Ireland, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of high quality care services to Children and Adults across the Republic of Ireland. You will lead a team of Regional Directors and Operational Heads in strategic and operational goals to maintain efficient and effective sale services. The post-holder will also work closely with the CEO and work alongside other Directors of Care and Development to form the Senior Leadership Team for Praxis Care. Through this, you will formulate strategic operational and development plans as required and will contribute to the strategic focus for care and support the financial targets in Praxis Care business plans.

Director of Care & Development
Full Time: 37.5 hours
Hybrid – 2 days per week in Ardee
As an organisation we are dedicated to ensuring that all of our employees are equipped to carry out their role. We therefore provide comprehensive training that all employees complete before taking up their new career within Praxis which will last for 2 weeks and cover all of the information and training you will need.
