Activity Facilitator
Dunleer Day Service, Co. Louth

Dunleer Day Service offers a community based day service to adults with autism and intellectual disabilities. We strive to provide a person centred service, and work in partnership with service users, their families and stakeholders to support the individual in a way that meets their needs. We aim to enhance each individual’s quality of life by supporting them to build and develop a range of skills. This can range widely but can include skills such as daily living skills, social skills, and safety skills. Each service user is allocated a key worker and is supported to develop a timetable that reflects their likes and needs. Our staff have a strong value base and believe in empowering each person that attends our service. The team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver the person centred support required and we have a focus on implementing positive behaviour support.

Activity Facilitator
€25,652 - €35,318 per annum*

*Salary information is based on. Salary dependent on qualification/experience. Full time/ Part Time and Relief contracts are available and can be discussed at interview.
