Partnering with the Board and the Suas team to set the strategic direction of the organisation, they will develop plans to ensure the strategic objectives are achieved.
He/she will maintain accountability for the operational and fiscal integrity of Suas and assess organisational capacity to implement strategies and identify gaps in systems and staffing; directly supervise key positions and establish individual goals; work closely with the Finance team to manage organisational spending, monitor budget compliance, and mitigate financial risks.
