Human Resource and Regulatory Manager

Human Resource and Regulatory Manager is responsible for ensuring HR Systems are established and maintained in line with legislation; funder requirements; and Centre policies. A critical aspect of the role is to ensure NFRC is compliant with incoming GDPR and Health and Safety Regulation. He/she will work directly with the CEO to ensure a consistent and efficient application of all company policy while supporting the CEO in their role. The HR and Regulatory Manager is line managed by the CEO.
