We have an exciting opportunity in our Cluain Farm Service where we support people in the Co Westmeath area. We are currently looking for a:

Deputy Service Manager

Fixed term basis until December 2023, Full-time
39 hours per week
€41,621 - €49,991 per annum (FTE)

As Deputy Service Manager, you’ll be a role model for your team and will assist the Service Manager in delivering and developing the highest quality service for the people we support. In the absence of the Service Manager, you will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service. You’ll need to inspire loyalty among your team and maintain positive, professional working relationships with key people inside and outside Positive Futures and demonstrate creativity and imagination in delivering on our unique approach to meeting the needs of the people we support and their families and carers.

Essential Criteria

  1.  Relevant FETAC Level 7 qualification or Psychology or other relevant Higher Degree and 2 years’ experience in a Health and Social Care Setting
    4 years’ experience in a Health and Social Care setting.
  2. 2 years management / supervisory experience.
  3. Full, valid driving licence or an ability to travel independently to meet the requirements of the post.
